Live: Lebanon's army prepares to deploy to south as ceasefire takes effect

Lebanon’s army early on Wednesday said it is preparing to deploy troops to the southern part of the country, following a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon-based militant group Hezbollah that came into effect at 4am Paris time.
