Low-cost Ouigo trains to reach Spain's Valladolid and Segovia in April

High-speed rail operator Ouigo is adding the Castille y León cities of Valladolid and Segovia in north-central Spain to their network in April 2024, connecting them to Madrid and Alicante for as little as €9 one way.
