Man, dog safe after helicopter rescue amid Los Angeles floods

The National Weather Service has called the intense flooding caused by an atmospheric river in California one of the three wettest storm systems in recorded Los Angeles history. The flooding led to a dramatic rescue of a man and his dog from Los Angeles floodwaters.
