Mexico: 2 more mayoral candidates killed ahead of election

Two mayoral candidates in Mexico were killed before June elections. Noe Ramos was fatally stabbed in Ciudad Mante. In Oaxaca, Alberto Antonio Garcia was found dead. Violence condemned by officials, including President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.
