Michelle Mone’s husband Doug Barrowman appears in Spanish court on tax charges as he faces more than 5 years in jail

MICHELLE Mone’s husband Doug Barrowman has been seen arriving at court in Spain.

The businessman, 58, has been accused as part of multi-million tax evasion scheme and faces up to five and a half years in jail.

Barrowman, who has been married to Baroness Mone since 2020, arrived at court in Santander day for the start of his trial.

Prosecutors claim the billionaire and six other Brits benefitted from an allegedly fraudulent £5million invoice.

It is alleged it was created to evade tax and allow them to pocket millions from Spanish company  B3 Cable Solutions via a UK company Axis Ventura in 2008.
