Millions displaced in Sudan as paramilitary attack in Darfur kills hundreds

As the war in Sudan reaches its two-year anniversary, the United Nations reported on Monday that the conflict had displaced 13 million people, while fresh attacks by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces in the Darfur killed over 400 people. European and African leaders will meet on Tuesday to discuss a "pathway to end the suffering" in the country, despite both warring parties being absent.
