Minister of Communication and Digital: 6 Ghz spectrum has positive impact on economy

Jakarta - Minister of Communication and Digital (Menkomdigi) Meutya Hafid said that the lower band 6 GHz frequency band for Wi-Fi has a very significant positive impact on the Indonesian economy.

"We believe that connectivity is not just a luxury, but also a basic need for economic growth, education, innovation, and national competitiveness in the digital era," said Meutya at the "Launch of the 6 GHz Spectrum by the Indonesia Technology Alliance (ITA)" in Jakarta, Friday.

Meutya said that Indonesia's digital transformation reached an important milestone with the launch of the 6 GHz spectrum.
