The pair then walks towards the town hall, before heading back over to the church and waiting near the road.
Previous grainy footage taken at the same spot showed a figure that the teen’s family are praying is him.
Meanwhile, missing Jay Slater was spotted “celebrating” at a bar while watching the Euros, a mayor in Tenerife claims.
Jay vanished on Monday last week sparking a frantic search using helicopters, drones and sniffer dogs.
Locals in Santiago del Teide claim they spotted the 19-year-old on a bench 10 hours after his last phone call.
The town’s mayor revealed new bizarre reports have been made from Los Gigantes, eight miles away on the coast.
Emilio Jose Navarro said a number of locals told cops that Jay was enjoying watching the football tournament.
He said: “The local city hall police have had some interviews with people that could have seen him.
“Some people think he may have been in the coastal area of the municipality, they saw him celebrating in a bar over the days they have been Euro cup matches.”
He added: “We know the judicial police is investigating the city hall security cameras, which are more for tourism purposes than security.
“They are working also with the company that handles those cameras, it’s the Guardia Civil that is handling that.”
On Wednesday, cop Mark William Thomas retraced Jay’s last known steps and was in communication with his family.

Jay, of Oswaldtwistle, Lancs disappeared after leaving two pals he met at the NRG music festival at their AirBnb cottage.
He called pal Lucy Law and told her he was exhausted and thirsty, with just one per cent battery on his phone.
The walk from Jay’s last-known location to his accommodation would have taken about 11 hours on foot.
