A 40-year-old woman with multiple stab wounds has been rushed to hospital.
Meanwhile, paramedics are treating another victim for cardiac arrest.
Princes Highway has been closed in both directions between Farnell Avenue and Loftus-Heathcote Road while emergency crews deal with the incident.
