CHILLING new letters from heartless Hamas boss Yahya Sinwar have revealed details of how he wants innocent Palestinians to die at war.

The leaked messages show Gaza‘s Bin Laden’s calculated disregard for human life as he uses the mounting death toll as a “necessary sacrifice”.

The terror boss seems more concerned with safeguarding his own future than achieving peace, according to correspondence between him and ceasefire negotiators.

“We have the Israelis right where we want them,” Sinwar said in one of dozens of messages to Qatari and Egyptian officials reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.

The blood-curdling letters reveal a deliberate indifference to civilians and Sinwar’s conviction that Israel stands to suffer more from the eight-month conflict than does Hamas.

Since the beginning of the war, over 37,000 people — mostly civilians— have died in Gaza, according to health officials under Hamas control.

How many men died in combat is not yet known.

The messages also seem to validate the idea that Sinwar is ready to prioritise his political goals over the protection of the families in war-torn Gaza.

He states that “these are necessary sacrifices” in a statement to Hamas leaders in Doha, citing civilian casualties in national-liberation struggles in nations like Algeria, where hundreds of thousands of people lost their lives defending their independence from France.

Sinwar also sent a separate letter to Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh, whose three sons were killed in an Israeli air strike.

In it, cold-blooded Sinwar claimed that the murders of Haniyeh’s children and other Palestinian casualties would “infuse life into the veins of this nation, prompting it to rise to its glory and honour.”

It is understood that Sinwar hid in tunnels beneath Rafah for a while, but is now “likely back under Khan Younis,” where there is an extensive subterranean network, according to US authorities.

A recent research appears to reveal a decrease in the number of women and children killed, from more than 60 per cent in October to less than 40 per cent in April, corresponding with a change in Israeli fighting tactics.

But the reported deaths of at least 274 Palestinians in the Nuseirat refugee camp during the rescue of four Israeli hostages on Saturday have fuelled worldwide criticism of Israel’s handling of the conflict and whether it is doing enough to safeguard civilians.

In reaction, Israel’s Defence Forces blasted Hamas’ leadership’s “cruel and cynical” tactics of endangering the local populace by concealing hostages among them.

The IDF also claimed that Hamas terrorists have been given orders to kill hostages if they think Israeli forces are coming to the rescue.

The alleged barbaric instructions come as four captives snatched on October 7 were saved on Saturday in the daring Israeli rescue mission.

Hamas terrorist commanders have allegedly given “standing orders” to hostage takers to “shoot the captives” if they believe IDF forces are on their way, Israeli officials told The New York Times.

Who is Yahya Sinwar?

YAHYA Sinwar spent 22 years in an Israeli prison for terrorist murder and kidnap plots and spent every second honing his burning hatred for his captors.

His astonishing rise to the top of the Hamas terror tree came despite being sentenced to four life sentences in 1989 for planning the abduction and killing of two Israeli soldiers and the murder of four Palestinians he suspected of working with Israel.

The bearded beast’s life was first saved when he was cured of cancer by an operation in a prison.

Then in 2011 he was freed, among 1,026 others, in a prisoner exchange for a single Israeli soldier in a deal that has been damned by his thousands of victims ever since.

Israeli intelligence chiefs told how — even while in prison — the fanatical fiend killed as many as 15 Palestinians he suspected of treachery, usually with a razor blade or machete.

And his jailers told how the evil genius dedicated his every waking moment to studying his enemy as he began plotting the conflict now raging in Gaza.

Coward Sinwar went into hiding following the October 7 massacre, where more than 1,200 people were barbarically killed.
