Netanyahu not doing enough to secure hostage agreement: Biden

US President Joe Biden says that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not doing enough to secure a deal for the release of the Hamas-held hostages in the Gaza Strip and that the United States is close to presenting a final proposal to negotiators working on a captive and ceasefire agreement.
