News24 | SA could not get an explicit Gaza ceasefire order from ICJ. Now, it seeks one for Rafah only

South Africa has previously argued it had been granted an effective judicial order for a Gaza ceasefire, but the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has never actually said as much. On Friday, it asked not for Israeli troops to be ordered out of the Strip as a whole, only out of Rafah.
