Out-of-state officers fatally shoot knife-wielding man near RNC, Milwaukee police chief says

The man who police shot had a knife in each hand and refused police commands, Milwaukee Police Chief Jeffrey Norman said at a news conference. Two knives were recovered from the scene, the chief said.
