A PLAYBOY model and Russian Bachelor star has died aged 31 from lung disease.

Veronika Murashkina was desperately waiting for a transplant after she suffered a horror car crash a few years ago that left her fighting for her life.

Veronika was also a famed Russian Bachelor contestant[/caption]

The accident left her leg badly mangled and forced her to live the past few years bedridden.

She was put on an urgent waiting list but tragically passed away just days before the operation was scheduled.
