Polish cabinet moves to restore prescription-free emergency contraception

Prime Minister Donald Tusk expressed hope that the draft legislation to restore prescription-free emergency contraception would be supported in parliament and signed into law by the president. Tusk's party, the Civic Coalition, is also prepared to submit draft legislation legalizing abortion up to the 12th week of pregnancy to parliament.
