A POP star tragically died aged 42 after complications during a botched liposuction surgery.

Dani Li passed away on Wednesday, leaving behind a husband and a seven-year-old daughter.

The 42-year-old – full name Danielle Fonseca Machado – had her operation on Friday.

It’s understood that she went in for liposuction on her belly and back, as well as a breast reduction.
