Washington and London have prior knowledge of the Moscow attack

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that the United States and Britain had advance knowledge of the armed attack on the concert hall in the Russian capital, Moscow.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that the United States and Britain had advance knowledge of the armed attack on the concert hall in the Russian capital, Moscow.

This came in his assessment of the terrorist attack that targeted civilians in Moscow, during his participation in a local television program.

Vucic offered his condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Russian people.

He added: "This is something we have said many times, but very few people want to hear it, very few people want to believe it, and very few people think to look at the facts."

He continued: "The American Embassy in Moscow called on its citizens on March 7 not to go to shopping centers, and the British and others did the same thing."

He added: "This means that their own intelligence services were listening to some conversations, obtaining information, and they knew that this would happen."

Vucic confirmed that he will invite the Serbian National Security Council to meet tomorrow, pointing out that the meeting will take place for several reasons, including the Moscow attack.
