EVIL Vladimir Putin has killed two young kids by blitzing a residential block with a half-ton glide bomb.

The heinous move has forced Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky to beg for help from the West and plead for more war aid to help push Putin back.

Dozens of helpless Ukrainian citizens were left injured along with the two boys, 12 and 15, who tragically lost their lives after Russia‘s 500kg aerial FAB-500 glide bomb was dropped on the city of Kharkiv.

The targeted airborne assault decimated a nine-floor block of flats just moments before Halloween started on Wednesday night.

Harrowing images show the aftermath of the deadly strike with windows smashed in and parts of the walls ripped off.

Piles of rubble have also built up on the streets with burnt out cars flipped upside down outside.

Teams of firefighters and emergency rescue crews have been searching through the debris for hours for any sign of victims or survivors.

Cranes have even been deployed to help with the desperate search.

Three deaths have been confirmed so far.

A 12-year-old boy is believed to have died instantly in the attack with rescuers discovering his body shortly after arriving to the blast scene.

Another body of a male aged between 25 to 30 was also recovered.

The third death was a 15-year-old boy called Borys.

Officials say he likely survived the initial blast but suffered life threatening injuries before passing away.

He was found buried underneath rubble, according to the Kharkiv prosecutor’s office spokesman Dmytro Chubenko.

Borys was first reported missing shortly after the bombing with locals holding onto hope that he may have survived.

The aunt of the missing boy told local media: “My nephew is under the rubble there. Borys, 15 years old.

“He is in the room where everything collapsed and where they are now trying to find him.

“His grandma and grandpa were in another room and came out instantly, they were assisted by the rescuers.

“But it was impossible to reach him.”

At least 35 residents were also left badly wounded in the blast with some people still unaccounted for.

But Artem Astakhov, head of the State Emergency Service in the Kharkiv region, says finding anyone alive at this point is very unlikely.

He said: “There are no signs of life, we used electronic devices to maintain silence last night.

“We listened to all structures, no signs of life were detected.”

News of Putin’s horrifying assault on innocent Ukrainian civilians soon reached Kyiv and a desperate and angry Zelensky.

Speaking to his Western allies, he announced: “Partners see what is happening every day.

“And under these conditions, each of their delayed decisions means at least dozens, if not hundreds of such Russian bombs against Ukraine.

“Their decisions are the lives of our people therefore, we must together stop Russia and do it with all possible force.”

Ukraine currently has access to British Storm Shadow and American ACATMS missiles – but are limited in their use.

Zelensky also claims that only a fraction of the promised US military aid has reached Ukraine in the past 11 months.

Kyiv argues it needs to hit Russian air bases, ammunition depots and other key military targets to properly fend off Putin.

Vlad’s latest attack is the third ferocious strike on Kharkiv in recent days with the tyrant hell bent on breaking Ukrainian resistance.

Russia has increasingly used similar powerful glide bombs to pummel Ukrainian positions.

Horrifying videos also show how Russia has been using drones to hunt down innocent Ukrainians before eliminating them in ruthless explosions.

Putin has launched these barbaric attacks on major cities in the east and south with 30 deaths being reported and over 400 wounded.
