A RUSSIAN general in charge of Vladimir Putin’s feared “Satan 2” hypersonic nuclear missiles has been dramatically arrested in a fraud scandal rocking Moscow.

Lieutenant General Oleg Frolov, 61, is deputy director of the Russian space agency Roscosmos.
