Rudy Giuliani Chickens Out, Won't Testify In Defamation Trial

We were set to find out this week how much Rudy Giuliani was going to have to pay Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, a voter registration officer, and her mother Ruby Freeman for defaming them and his lie that they were trying to rig the 2020 election against Trump, before the idiot went out there this Tuesday and defamed them again outside of the courtroom.

Now, despite the promises made by Giuliani that he was going to testify, his lawyer told reporters we won't be seeing him take the stand after all:

n an unexpected twist, Rudy Giuliani will not testify in his defamation trial, an attorney said as court convened this morning.

Giuliani told reporters on Wednesday that he "intends" to testify today in his own defense.

In a preview of what he might have said on the stand, Giuliani claimed he "had nothing to do with any of those" racist voicemails and emails shown in court.
