Ukraine's military officials reported a widespread missile assault by Russia on multiple Ukrainian regions at the start of peak morning hours, Monday, prompting air raid alerts across the entire country. "Kyiv - seek shelter!" warned Ukraine's Air Force on Telegram ​messaging app, cautioning of ballistic missile threats to the capital.
