Russia says NATO expansion hasn’t made Europe safer place

The waves of NATO expansion eastward have not made Europe a safer place, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated. Several members of the US-led military bloc have openly supported the use of Western-supplied arms in Ukrainian strikes deep into Russian territory.
