Russian captain involved in North Sea tanker crash charged with manslaughter

UK police said on Friday they charged the Russian captain of a container ship that crashed into a US tanker earlier this week with manslaughter and gross negligence. One crew member went missing after the collision, which set both vessels ablaze.
