A TEENAGE student has gone on a knife rampage and left one pupil dead and three others injured.

The 15-year-old reportedly went on a stabbing spree in France this afternoon before being tackled to the ground by heroic teachers.

Nantes private school Notre-Dame-de-Toutes-Aides has been thrown into chaos after the deadly attack unfolded on Thursday afternoon.

Cops confirmed the teen was quickly overpowered by his teachers just as police arrived.

A police spokesperson said they are still investigating the incident but officials don’t believe it is terror related.

It is unclear if the student attended the school or not.
