A worker in Jiangxi, China, in the southeast of the country, mistakenly destroyed the makeshift toilet, on 10 October.

The machine’s claws tore through the portaloo without checking for any people inside.

A construction worker then appeared to fall out of the toilet and into rubble after his hard hat was hit by the digger.

The worker then pulled his trousers up and put his hard hat back on.

He quickly shot an angry look to his fellow after he recovered from the unfortunate blunder.

The man quickly gave himself a check and miraculously did not sustain any injuries from the shocking incident.

This surprising video went viral on Chinese social media sites.

A huge debate sparked among users who argued whether it was an honest mistake or a prank.

“Blue hat: This is the most dangerous poo he probably ever had,” one person said.

“No kidding, this excavator driver deserved a beating,” another person wrote.

“He almost killed someone.”

Although the worker came out of this situation unscathed, similar incidents have had tragic endings.

A landfill worker was crushed to death while he was using a portaloo on his work site, The Sun has previously reported.

Aaron Henderson, 43, was killed in 2022 as he worked as a traffic controller in Florida.

This tragic incident happened as the digger was driven across the site to park for the night.

The issue arose as the machine’s claws had not been lifted enough so the driver’s view was blocked.

This driver said he heard a crumbling noise as he began to turn the digger and then realised he had driven over the portaloo.

Henderson was pronounced dead at the scene.
