When Team Trump claims something is "fake news," you know it's legit. In this case, the Twice Impeached One's snoozing in court was observed by quite a few reporters, even by the Trump Whisperer Maggie Haberman. On top of that, Trump fell asleep in court again today during his criminal court proceedings, according to New York Courts reporter Frank Runyeon.
"Trump's head slowly dropped, his eyes closed," Runyeon posted on Xitter. "It jerked back upward. He adjusts himself. Then, his head droops again. He straightens up, leaning back. His head drops for a third time, he shakes his shoulders. Eyes closed still. His head drops. Finally, he pops his eyes open."
Welp, The Daily Beast reports that the Trump campaign is denying what nearly all of the reporters, except for Fox News, reported.
The Trump campaign furiously denied suggestions that he had fallen asleep during the first day of his historic criminal trial—calling the suggestion "fake news" while claiming falsely that the reporters who noted his sleepy courtroom demeanor weren't even in the same room when it happened.
