South Korea, China, Japan leaders meet for summit amid growing regional divide

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and Chinese Premier Li Qiang called on Monday for greater cooperation between the Asian neighbours as they held a three-way summit for the first time in more than four years.
