THIS is the stomach-churning moment a McDonald’s customer pulled a sickening item out of her McFlurry.
Kellie Ulmer shared a clip of her nauseating discovery at the bottom of the sweet treat cup on TikTok.

The horrified customer claimed that it appeared the bag was placed “on purpose” in her dessert.
“It was so on purpose like folded so small at the bottom,” Ulmer captioned her viral TikTok.
She speculated as to what the mystery item could be, saying it looked like a trash bag.
But some users who claim to be McDonald’s workers have stated that it is actually the sleeve that the cups are stored in.
One commented: “That’s literally the bag for the tops to the McFlurries. I’m pretty sure someone probably stuffed it in a cup instead of throwing it out.”
Ulmer is seen laughing in the video as she is heard deliberating with her friend whether she should sue the burger giant.
But it is unclear if the unhappy customer contacted McDonald’s following the disturbing discovery.
Many found the incident “unsettling” and said it would make them cry while others urged Ulmer to sue the food corporation.
“If it is, better get a lawyer yesterday. Wow,” one user said.
Another added:” You better get your money.”
Other viewers have shared their horror incidents at the popular fast food chain, with one writing: ” I once found AN ENTIRE GLOVE in my coke from McDonald’s”.
Another added: “Same thing happened to me, I need compensation. They were like it’s a mistake so I can’t get compensation.”
This isn’t the first time the fast food giant gets caught up in controversy after slipping through unsettling items in their products.
A furious mum claimed she chomped into a metal bar as she tucked into her McDonald’s burger.
Ada Teaupa was left horrified and said she almost broke a tooth when she munched into her Chicken n Cheese burger at the fast food joint west of Sydney.
Another mum was disgusted and vowed to never eat McDonald’s again after she was served a burger that was raw.
Olivia Oborn only made the sickening discovery after taking several bites out of the sandwich.
Customers were also left horrified when McDonald’s worker leaked a video of worms inside a soft drinks machine.
The video, posted on TikTok by whistleblower @McOldKentRoad, shows earthworms writhing in the drain of the machine.
The user – who doesn’t speak in the video – added the word ‘maggots’ beneath the film.
However, officials at the huge chain say the creatures were actually worms – a clarification that won’t necessarily cheer up customers.
The drinks station was closed immediately and a deep clean was carried out, they said.
