Storm watch: Could 'Francine' be the next named storm in the Atlantic?

The National Hurricane Center is monitoring two potential tropical systems in the Atlantic. One low-pressure area, halfway between Cabo Verde and the Lesser Antilles, could develop by early next week. Another has emerged off West Africa. Both disturbances could bring rain and gusty winds to the Lesser Antilles, possibly becoming the sixth named storm, Francine.
