Summit of Ukraine's key allies postponed after Biden cancels trip

Government leaders of Ukraine's biggest arms donors were set to meet in Germany on Saturday to hear details of a "victory plan" drawn up by Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelenskiy. But the meeting has been postponed after US President Joe Biden cancelled his attendance with Category 4 Hurricane Milton set to sweep across Florida.
