The draw for the quarter-finals of the European Football Conference League, which was drawn today, Friday, resulted in a strong Greek-Turkish confrontation.
Qualifying for the quarter-finals of the European Conference League were: Fenerbahce of Turkey, PAOK Salonika of Greece, Fiorentina of Italy, Viktoria Plzen of Czech Republic, Aston Villa of England, Club Brugge of Belgium, Lille of France and Olympiacos of Greece.
The draw resulted in the following matches:
Club Brugge (Belgium) - PAOK (Greece)
Olympiacos (Greece) - Fenerbahce (Türkiye)
Aston Villa (England) - Lille (France)
Viktoria Plzen (Czech Republic) - Fiorentina (Italy).
The first match: The winner of the match (Club Brugge and PAOK) against the winner of the match (Victoria Plzeň and Fiorentina).
The second match: The winner of the match (Olympiacos and Fenerbahce) against the winner of the match (Aston Villa and Lille).
The first leg of the quarter-finals of the European Conference League will be held on April 11, and the return matches will be held on April 18, 2024.
While the first legs of the semi-finals of the competition will be held on May 2, the return matches will be held on May 9, 2024.
The final match of the European Conference League will be held on May 29, 2024, at the Hagia Sophia Stadium in the Greek capital, Athens.
