The military commander of Niger offers condolences to Putin for the victims of the "Crocus" terrorist attack

The head of Niger's ruling Homeland Protection Council, General Abderrahmane Chiani, expressed his condolences to President Vladimir Putin and the Russian people, and strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the Crocus Center in Krasnogorsk.

In his letter to President Putin, Chiani said he was deeply shocked when he learned of this “disgusting, barbaric and inhumane” attack on innocent people.

The terrorist attack occurred on the Crocus City complex hall on Friday evening, March 22. Several men wearing camouflage clothing stormed the building and opened fire on those present, after which several explosions were heard and a fire broke out. According to the latest data published by the Investigation Committee, 133 people were victims of the terrorist attack.
