The co-hosts of "The View" brought up Donald Trump's speech this week in which he called the United States the "world's garbage can."
Trump has rattled off countries he said were terrible and the immigrants that come to the U.S. from there. He specifically mentioned the Democratic Republic of Congo, a predominantly Black country.
Ana Navarro asked why Trump wants to trash immigrants so much; yet, he never talks about his own family.

His mother came to the United States from Scotland, and was the first-generation American in her family. Trump's grandfather, Friedrich Trump, was born in Germany and came to the U.S. in the late 1800s. Trump's father was a first-generation American, making Donald only a second-generation immigrant on his father's side.
There have been several mistaken comments from the former president in which he incorrectly identified his father as being born in Germany, not his grandfather.
At the close of the segment, Behar unleashed.
"I've never heard a presidential candidate speak highly of Hitler ever," she noted, citing recent remarks from Gen. John Kelly about Trump. "This is a disgrace. Like I said yesterday, my father was in World War II. My uncles fought in Germany. My uncle has a Purple Heart. This guy has bone spurs and goes on television and demonizes people like my family. Screw you!"
