Top 10 Marvel Villains Based on Their Strength!

Thanos

ThanosReddit

When Thanos had all of the Infinity Stones, he was the most powerful character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He wasn’t as powerful without them, yet he was still stronger than most.

Thor, Captain America, & Iron Man landed many strikes, but the villain knocked them all unconscious at the end of the fight. And there was no Gauntlet in sight.

Thanos succeeded in wiping off a huge portion of the population, and there appeared to be no hope. Nevertheless, he underestimates the strength of a woman scorned, causing Scarlet Witch to tip the scales in the heroes’ favor while Iron Man serves Thanos a dose of his own medicine.

Gorr the God-butcher

Thor: Love & Thunder Many new and familiar faces returned for the fourth part of the Thor saga. This time, Thor fought against a stronghold that he had created. Gorr, the God-Butcher, held deep hate for all gods following the loss of his daughter when his prayers went unanswered.

Gorr went on to massacre many gods and attacked Thor and Jane Foster with a god-killing blade known as the Necrosword. Gorr’s might was practically unrivaled, but it slowly killed him.

Hela

HelaCollider

Thor and Loki’s sister, Hela, needed only one movie to show her incredible power. Initially, she carried out it by quickly destroying Mjolnir. Then she went to Asgard and instantly defeated the Warriors Three before slaying most of the Einherjar (Asgard’s elite soldiers).

In addition, a flashback revealed that she had killed off all but one of the famed Valkyries. Thor’s power-up after Ragnarok helped him fight Hela, but he still could not kill her. Surtur was the sole one who could.

Kang the Conqueror

Kang the ConquerorPolygon

Although a version of The Conqueror appears in the Loki storyline (one of many more to come), He Who Remains is not as terrifying as the Big Bad from the Quantumania story.

Kang is the de-facto King of Fate and self-proclaimed Master of Time, capable of tampering with the very essence of life, rewriting fate while discarding the concept of natural order.

Kang is the worst thing to attack the MCU since Thanos since he comes from the darkest parts of the Quantum Realm, where he practically reigns as king. The Conquerer’s powers are mainly derived from his legendary armor, which renders him almost invincible.

Loki

LokiEntertainment Weekly

Loki’s power and cleverness make him a powerful enemy. The God of Mischief has been at odds with his brother for centuries, and their rivalry gave rise to the Avengers.

Loki has now proved himself to be a formidable hero and villain. He has defeated many foes, yet ultimate victory stays out of reach.

Loki’s jealousy is his greatest weakness, defining him and his many fights. Loki’s jealousy is used against him several times, whether he is fighting Thor for the Asgardian throne or envious of opponents like Doctor Strange. His jealousy drives him insane, causing him to make blunders that cost him the war.

Surtur

Surtur did not appear very frightening at the start of Thor: Ragnarok, though. After all, the God of Thunder defeated him in their fight. However, this was not the monster’s entire might, as spectators would eventually discover to catastrophic effect.

Marvel’s superpowered king of the oceans is adept at making enemies, and here are a few more Marvel heroes that would make ideal enemies for him.

Surtur’s ultimate power emerged near the film’s end when his crown was joined with the Eternal Flame. After that, he managed to kill Hela with a single strike. Surtur struck the green superhero away like a fly, letting Hulk barely hurt him.

Ultron

UltronSlash Film

Among Marvel’s numerous sci-fi villains, Ultron was always the most dangerous. Over time, the evil android has evolved, growing into a more deadly enemy. His impenetrable adamantium shell is his most valuable asset, allowing him to stay in the fight and defeat his enemies. He has destroyed millions throughout the years and is a constant threat to all biological beings.

However, Ultron is never able to seal the deal. Ultron is powerful and intelligent, but he needs to gain the creativity of his opponents.

He can develop brilliant strategies, but his lack of imagination and ability to improvise has let the Avengers and other enemies get the best of him. He typically ends up in trouble if they go away from his strategy.

Ego

EgoWire

Ego is not just a living planet but also a godlike creature with incredible power; he has perfect control over his physical form and can call upon an army of constructs and antibodies to take out everything. Furthermore, Ego can release enormous psionic energy capable of reducing everything to ash.

His might appears limitless, yet he is not indestructible. His flaws prevent him from becoming the most terrifying menace to the Marvel world.

Ironically, one of his vulnerabilities is his Ego, as well as his overconfidence. Aside from his son Quill, who inherited some of the same powers, the heroes needed more chances to fight against his power.

Dormammu

DormammuReddit

Dormammu is the Lord who rules the Dark Dimension. He controls tons of demons and is famous for his incredible power. He is a black magic expert with unimaginable millennia of experience. Dormammu has defeated several formidable opponents throughout the years.

Doctor Strange couldn’t defeat his enemy, so he bound him in an eternal time loop instead. During it, the rogue effortlessly kills the sturdy Doctor until he becomes sick of doing it.

If the trans-dimensional being resurfaces (as foreshadowed after Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness), all of the galaxy’s heroes may be seriously jeopardized.

Scarlet Witch

Scarlet WitchX.com

Wanda Maximoff has had her fair share of experience with both good and evil. After being introduced as an antagonist in the final scene of Captain America: Winter Soldier, things have gone full circle with the WandaVision event.

Heartbroken and anxious to reconnect with her boys, the witch does the unthinkable: she summons power out of the Darkhold, subtly corrupting her soul. Even on the best days, Wanda’s mind-bending tricks, telekinesis, and immense magical powers are tough to overcome.
