Peter Quill already had a rough connection with his father, Ego the Living Planet, and things grew worse when Ego admitted to putting a tumor in his mother’s skull. This revelation shocked the audience and enraged Peter to the point that he broke free from Ego’s control.

Peter had a strong connection with his mother, and although he wanted to know his father, this developed Ego into a monster that had to be stopped.

Thor Leads Surtur to Destroy Asgard.

The corrupted Scarlet Witch kills everyone. When Professor Xavier tries to free the innocent woman trapped within her tormented mind, she comes up behind him with a demonically scary grin and snaps his neck. It’s a startling scene that showcases Scarlet Witch’s disastrous power.

It’s Revealed that Kamala Khan Is the First MCU Mutant.

Viewers eagerly awaited the X-Men to enter the MCU, but few expected the first mutant to appear in Ms. Marvel.

The moment happens when Kamala’s friend, Bruno, discloses that she has a genetic mutation, accompanied by a musical theme from the X-Men: The Animated Series theme.

While it is not shocking given that Kamala is part Inhuman and part mutant according to the comics, those who read comics may not have anticipated this moment so quickly. Casual viewers did not see this surprise coming.

Mysterio is a master of delusions and manipulation, and even though Spider-Man overcame him, he had the last laugh. In the post-credit sequence of Far From Home, Quentin Beck sent a video condemning Spider-Man of murder and revealing his true identity.

It’s a massive surprise because fans hadn’t seen a Spider-Man film where everyone knew Peter Parker was the famed web-slinger. It left fans with a great cliffhanger until No Way Home premiered.

While Loki and the others strive to figure out how to modify the Temporal Loom to handle new timeline branches, the TVA officials decide to prune all of the new timelines, resulting in trillions of deaths.

While Thanos taking half of all life from one universe was bad, eliminating all life in many universes is even worse.

When everything seemed lost, and the superheroes were about to accept that Thanos would defeat them again in Avengers: Endgame, the Crazy Titan gets a strike from Thor’s legendary flying hammer, but it does not return to Thor’s hands. While the scene’s unexpectedness cannot be exaggerated for viewers, it is eventually one of the most famous moments in the MCU story. There has never been a better-earned peak sequence than the one depicted in Endgame.

Loki Sacrificed Himself.

Loki’s character development in Loki Season 2 ends in one of the most astounding sacrifices in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After constantly trying to modify the Temporal Loom to allow new branches without destroying the TVA, Loki finds out from He Who Remains that the Temporal Loom was only built to fit the Sacred Timeline, making any attempts to repair it pointless.

To prevent the Loom from shattering the TVA and save those he loves, Loki sacrifices himself, shattering the Loom and grabbing the stray strands of time to keep them from withering.

The Loki season 2 finale ends with the eponymous character committing himself to sit alone at the end of eternity, holding the multiverse together.
