Trump Brags At NRA Event That He Did 'Nothing' About Gun Violence

The Drain the Swamp fabulist spoke at the wholly corrupt National Rifle Association's event on Saturday in Dallas, Texas, and went on to brag about doing absolutely "nothing" about gun violence. Trump is very proud of that, just as he is proud of overturning Roe. Trump can't feel empathy, and he's sucking up to the NRA out of desperation for votes to keep him out of prison. And all of this for an organization that has lost an incredible amount of memberships.

"Perhaps worst of all, even as they turn America into a crime-ridden, gang-infested, terror-filled dumping ground, Joe Biden and his thugs will do everything in their power to confiscate your guns and annihilate your God-given right to self-defense," Trump falsely said. "You have a right to self-defense. You've always had that right."

"And during my four years, nothing happened," Trump correctly said. "And there was great pressure on me having to do with guns."

"We did nothing," he added. "We didn't yield. And once you yield a little bit, that's just the beginning."
