Trump Short Circuits Again During North Carolina Rally

Mr. Stable Genius seems to be having some cognitive issues during his cult rallies. During an appearance in Greensboro, NC, Trump appeared to short circuit while complaining about oil production in the United States, and lying that we're "no longer energy independent or energy dominant as we were just a few short years ago."

Never mind that the United States is producing more oil than any country in history:
