Truth Social: Trump's social media company to go public

Shareholders of Digital World Acquisition Corp have given the green light for a merger with Donald Trump's media venture. This move paves the way for Trump Media & Technology Group, the firm behind Truth Social, to debut on Nasdaq. Trump is set to hold a significant stake of around 79 million shares in the combined entity, valued at over $3 billion.
