'Typhoon Pulasan': Second typhoon hits Shanghai days after a historic storm

Shanghai was hit by major flooding on Friday as Typhoon Pulasan made landfall in the Fengxian district with wind speeds of 83 km/h. This came just after the city was recovering from Typhoon Bebinca. Heavy rain persisted into Friday morning, but no severe damage or injuries were reported. By 11am, many flooded areas had been cleared.
