Ukraine destroys Putin’s prized Black Sea fleet submarine sinking vessel in strike on Crimea port

UKRAINE claims it has destroyed one of Vladimir Putin’s prized Black Sea submarines in an impressive attack on occupied Crimea.

Kyiv forces said the prized Kilo-class Rostov-on-Don submarine, worth £275 million, was hit in a strike on the Sevastopol port.

They claimed the attack on Friday targeted four vital launches of the Russian “Triumf” air defence system.

Ukraine also said an S-400 anti-aircraft missile system was damaged in the hit.
