Ukraine hits Russia's Volgograd oil refinery in latest drone attack

Two Ukrainian attack drones struck the Volgograd refinery, owned by Lukoil, the largest oil refinery in southern Russia. The SBU security service carried out the operation, targeting the primary processing facility. This is part of a series of long-range attacks on Russian oil facilities.
