Reporter Bob Woodward is out with a new book that claims former President Donald Trump gave Russian President Vladimir Putin COVID-19 testing resources as Americans struggled to access testing.
According to the book, Putin told Trump he should keep it quiet because it could cause him political damage.
In another hurricane update on Wednesday, President Joe Biden attacked those spreading misinformation about the first responders on the ground rushing to help.

While Biden called it "lies" in an earlier address, this time he called it "stupid."
He then finished the speech, and reporters shouted questions. While Biden paused without answering any hurricane-related conspiracy questions, a reporter asked about the Putin matter.
"I think it's un-American," he said emphatically.
"Why do you think Trump is spreading this information?" the reporter then asked.
"I don't know," a frustrated Biden said. "I simply don't know. You can speculate. But, I just find it — I've not used the phrase more than I've ever in my whole career: Un-American. It's un-American! It's not who the hell we are. What are they talking about?"
A different reporter asked if Biden had considered calling Trump to ask him about it.
All Biden did was respond with a grumble, and a quiet, "Come on."
