One of USDT Issuer Tether’s new initiatives is an educational division that will provide seminars, classes, and other opportunities to learn about blockchain and other digital technologies. With the help of industry leaders and trailblazers, the new Tether division will provide a “smart education environment” for students. Tether USDT is the biggest stablecoin in the world by market capitalization.
A statement also said that Tether Edu would supervise the company’s current educational endeavours. Some of these endeavours include partnerships with institutions such as Thailand’s Bitkub cryptocurrency exchange and Georgia’s Academy of Digital Industry. Plan B Summer School in Lugano, Switzerland, is co-sponsored by Tether and other organizations.
More Than Blockchain
Tether Edu will concentrate mainly on developing markets in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, Commonwealth of Independent States and Asia. Efforts to educate students will include not just blockchain but also design, AI, and computer programming.
Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, stated:
“We firmly believe that financial tools, exemplified by USDt, are not merely instruments for transactions but catalysts capable of rewriting economic history. Education stands as the cornerstone of this journey.”
In a post on twitter, Ardoino hinted that some of the given content may be paid for. The project is actively recruiting for positions of finance and human resources executive, although it has not yet launched.
Amidst a sea of competitors, Tether is making its mark. Online tutorials and courses are offered from a number of crypto companies and Tether needs to go an extra mile to make an impact.
