Valencia to swap megaphones for headsets to keep tour groups quiet

Authorities in the eastern Spanish city of Valencia want to make tour groups in the city centre less noisy by paying guides up to €500 each to buy headsets in order for them to not have to shout or use megaphones to be heard by tourists.
