Edmond Barseghian’s dreams crashed and burned as he showboated in front of pals before losing control of his steering.
YouTuber, Edmond Barseghian, crashed a £1.3million McLaren Senna just days after buying it[/caption] He posted a clip to his YouTuber channel of him picking up the swanky motor[/caption]In footage captured of the collision the vehicle’s 789-horsepower motor can be heard revving before it accelerates at a blistering speed.
A delighted crowd gather to watch the spectacle but Barseghian’s moment of glory is short-lived.
As he attempts a donut manoeuvre the cameraman gasps as the car is catapulted into a nearby building and a huge bang is heard.
The clip then reveals severe damage to the front of the car which will likely need rebuilding.
Barseghian, from America, only purchased the vehicle recently and posted a video flaunting his new toy on YouTube just four days ago.
In the clip he can be seen taking delivery of what looks to be the same Senna, driving it at blistering speeds on public roads and describing it as “legit scary fast.”
Barseghian has sinced confirmed that he was behind the wheel of his new Senna when the accident happened.
He has issued an apology on his Instagram account where he said he “went viral for the wrong reasons” and is “only human”.
He added: “This one stings. I loved that car but I will overcome.
“The one thing I’m most upset about is that it happened on a public road.
“Especially considering I had picked it up the night before from Racewerkz with upgraded brakes, suspension, wheels, and slicks.”
The statement concluded: “Feel free to haze me in the comments, I deserve it. I own it, lesson learned.”
Barseghian also posed with the car in several Instagram snaps on Sunday afternoon with what he calls his “very special car”.
The caption read: “I am over the moon happy right now!!! My new Senna aka Project Kilo 2.”
Viewers were quick to poke fun at the star with one writing: “Well that didn’t last long,” and another saying: “This aged like fine milk.”
This is not the first time Barseghian has pulled a similar stunt as he went viral in early 2023 for totaling his Hummer EV after driving it for just nine miles.
