THIS is the shocking moment a driver is catapulted from his SUV that tumbles down a steep incline as onlookers watch on in horror.
Dramatic footage shows the car fling the man out its window at a quarry in Kunming, Yunnan, China, as it tips over onto its side.

Both suddenly come to a stop and the black SUV lands flat into the off-road rally which used to be a quarry.
The driver, who curls up into a ball, narrowly escapes death and is rushed to safety by onlookers who check if he is still alive.
It’s believed the man was taking part in the dangerous “Yunnan Hundred Cars Battle” when the incident happened.
It is not fully understood what exactly the game entails but cops in China are investigating the vehicle for possible illegal modifications.
There are also many reports that the driver had breached the competition rules by not wearing a seatbelt.
Police at Bajie Police Station said that while he was injured and hospitalised, the injuries were not life-threatening.
It comes after similarly shocking footage revealed the terrifying moment a car lost control after the driver fell asleep at the wheel.
The single-vehicle crash took place in May on I-94 in Detroit, Michigan, US.
The 26-year-old driver’s car was seen swerving on the road before hitting an embankment.
The car then overturned and flipped over onto the freeway where it only began to stop when it crashed into the divider.
Pieces of the car were shown flying across the highway during the fiery tumble.
The crash closed the freeway for more than two hours while authorities investigated, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
At the time, two people were in the vehicle and the driver was taken to the hospital.
The passenger was said to only suffer from minor injuries, while the driver was left in stable condition.
