Recap Of Chapter 16 Of Kagurabachi

Chapter 16 begins with Chihiro coming back from Sojo’s headquarters with Char after saving a little girl from a research lab. Chihiro looked tired and in pain because Nishiki’s power took a toll on his body. Char noticed Chihiro’s injured left hand and asked him to give it to her.

Then, Char used her unique ability related to the Kyonagi Clan’s healing powers. These powers rely on thoughts and emotions, where believing pain is gone can make it disappear.

Char healed Chihiro’s pain by focusing intensely on his hand. Shortly after, Shiba returned to Sojo’s base after battling the Mafia Boss’ guards off-screen. Sensing something was amiss, Chihiro asked Shiba to protect Char while he prepared to fight a familiar foe, unsheathing his powerful sword, Enten.

Meanwhile, Sojo was battling Kamunabi and tapped into the true potential of Cloud Gouger, using lightning to defeat Kamunabi’s elite Squad members.

With newfound strength, Sojo headed back to his base to confront Chihiro. He realized that Kunishige’s son had also grown stronger with the Enchanted Blade.

Despite having much to discuss, Sojo knew that action, not words, was necessary. The chapter concluded with the rematch between Sojo and Chihiro beginning.

What To Expect From Chapter 17 Of Kagurabachi?

In the upcoming Kagurabachi chapter 17, we’ll see Genichi Sojo and Chihiro Rokuhira face off again after what happened in the last part of the story.

These two fighters have strengthened their connections with their Enchanted Blades, pushing past what was thought to be their limits. But, because of their intense previous fights, both of them are very tired.

It’s unlikely that their battle will reach a definite end in this chapter. Some fans think Sojo might continue to be a villain in the series. If the author, Takeru Hokazono, goes along with this idea, probably, Sojo won’t be defeated just yet.

There’s a chance someone else might step in and rescue Sojo during the fight. While this is just a guess for now, chapter 17 might introduce a new character from the Hishaku group.
