Recap Of Chapter 19 Of Kagurabachi

In Kagurabachi chapter 19, the story begins with a sad boy mourning the loss of his grasshopper pet named Samurai and his family at a cafe.

Despite trying to stay strong, he struggles to find the will to keep going. Then, he notices two men fighting outside, Genichi Sojo and Chihiro Rokuhira. This confrontation is shown from a different perspective.

As the boy watches, he sees similarities between Chihiro and his pet Samurai after surviving Sojo’s lightning attack. The scene then shifts to November 1, just seven days before the Rakuzaichi auction.

The same boy rescues a girl from some thugs but gets captured himself. The Yakuza gang takes him to their boss, who orders them to beat him.

The boy attempts to use sorcery but fails. Then, Chihiro arrives and defeats the gang members except the boss. The story moves to a flashback between Shiba and Chihiro. Shiba reveals that Sojo was merely a pawn, and they need to find the Sazanami family to secure Sinuichi before the auction.

Chihiro suggests eliminating their subordinates. Back in the present, the boy breaks down in front of Chihiro, calling him Samurai. The confused protagonist discovers the boy is Hakuri Sazanami, a member of the Sazanami family he was searching for.

What To Expect From Chapter 20 Of Kagurabachi?

In Kagurabachi chapter 20, we’ll likely learn about Hikaru Sazanami’s past and how he lost his family. Right now, he seems like a character who adds humor to the story, kind of like Zenitsu in Demon Slayer. However, similar to Zenitsu, Hikaru might play a crucial role in the series, especially during the Rakuzaichi auction arc.
