Who was Elijah Vue? Skeletal remains of missing 3-year-old found in Wisconsin

Elijah Vue, a three-year-old boy from Wisconsin Dells, vanished in February while under the care of his mother's boyfriend, Jesse Vang. His skeletal remains were found in September near Two Rivers. The community is devastated by the loss. Both his mother and Vang face child neglect charges but have pleaded not guilty.
