YUNG Filly has “risked breaching” his strict bail in Australia after he was charged with rape.

The YouTube star, 29, has been banned from leaving the country as cops investigate allegations he sexually assaulted a woman at his hotel last month.

Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, was said to have nearly breached his bail on Tuesday, The Western Australian reports.

The Brit rapper reportedly arrived at a WA police station just 20 minutes before the deadline, nearly missing his mandatory reporting requirement before meeting with his defence lawyer in Perth.

Filly has been charged with four counts of sexual penetration without consent.

He is also facing three counts of assault and one count of impeding a person’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to their neck.

Cops allege that Filly – who was born in Colombia but moved to the UK as a refugee when he was a child – raped a woman in her 20s at his hotel.

Police investigating him say they have an “extremely strong” case that includes CCTV footage of the social media star on the night of the alleged offences.

Following a court hearing in Perth he was granted bail after stumping up $100,000AUD (£51,000).

But he is banned from leaving the state and must report to Perth Police Station regularly.

Yesterday, a serious Filly was seen entering the station in a grey sweatshirt.

He has been ordered to stay in Australia until December, when his second hearing begins.

Following the arrest, several businesses and companies, including FootAsylum, the Football Association (FA), Heinz, and ASOS, quickly dropped the online star.

Filly’s friend and fellow YouTuber Chunkz, real name Amin Mohamed, spoke out about the case for the first time on Sunday.

In a clip posted to Instagram he said: “Like everyone I’ve heard the reports coming out of Australia.

“While I understand many of you want my reaction on it, as this is an ongoing court case I hope you guys understand that I can’t and won’t be commenting on it publicly, so yeah I’ve just come on here to basically let you know the reasons as to why I can’t. Love.”

The pair worked together on their podcast – The Chunkz and Filly Show – as well as on various songs and comedic videos over the years.

They were due to put on a live version of their talk show in London on October 18.

A spokesperson for the event venue – Troxy – told the BBC: “The event was removed from our website yesterday and all ticket holders have been informed – their tickets will be refunded automatically.”

And fellow influencer LV General has also broken his silence on the shocking news.

He wrote on Instagram: “Everyone please stop messaging me about what’s happened to Young Filly.

“He’s a grown man and he has to take responsibility for his own actions.

“I’ll be praying for man because Australian prison ain’t a joke – bare snakes and spiders and s***.

“I just hope this don’t backfire on his family.”
